What are |
PowerPoint
gives you the ability to add sound effects to your presentation in several
ways. You can have sounds effects when transitioning from slide to slide;
sound effects can accompany animated bulleted points; and sound can
be incorporated as an icon on a slide. |

How do I |
To add
a sound to the transition between one slide and the next, pull down
the Slide Show menu and choose Slide Transition. Select
a sound from the Sound pop-up menu. (For

| TIP: Used judiciously, sounds can give your presentation a more polished and professional feel. However, using a large number of random sounds within a presentation can be extremely distracting. Sound is best used when it contributes to the message in some way. |
