Summary: Working Groups
Working groups are now formed for editing the eBook chapters. The project management core group (PMCG) will meet with a representative from each working group in an effort to determine a plan of action to accomplish the tasks needed to produce the eBook. Tuesday evenings are reserved for group status reports to the class, after which you may meet with members of your working group.

I'd be interested in the materials that you mentioned regarding working in groups.
Regarding the "chaos theory" of instruction that you mentioned, I believe that it's often difficult to know what to ask about a subject until you've had some experience with it. To use a (possibly weak) analogy, it's hard to know much about possible branches that a path has available to explore until you've actually traveled a little way along the path.
