PORTFOLIO INTRODUCTION

I work on a variety of projects in the Institute for Interactive Technologies. This portfolio contains the projects I am lead instructional designer and project manager. The first project I lead was for the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) Staff Development. The current DPW workers, new employees and trainers were the current and perspective clients for this new training. By standardizing the format for training in this governmental agency using online learning, trainees and trainers statewide will have access to identical programs for increased consistency in training.

The successfulness of incorporating online learning with DPW Staff Development lead us to a contract with New Jersey's Division of Family Development to design and develop training on Food Stamp policy. This was the first online learning for the organization.
